The host lets each new player in. Once you're in, the playlists open by themselves.
How to play

Pick a playlist. Switch to another whenever you like.

Put on the headphones. You'll hear one song but see the words to a different one. Sing those words to the tune you hear. The words scroll along at the tune's pace, or scroll them yourself.

Everyone else guesses the song and the artist. When someone gets it, tap Got It! and pass the phone.
No sound? Check the volume, and on iPhone the ring/silent switch. If the headphones disconnect, the music may jump to the phone's speaker: just tap pause.

Headphones on? Only the singer should see the screen from here.
Shuffle it again, or pick another playlist.

Settings
Lyrics move
If the light feels early or late in the headphones, move this until it matches.
Pinch the lyrics with two fingers to make them bigger or smaller.

Recording
Changes count from the next song.
If the music in Bluetooth headphones starts to sound like a phone call while filming, open the phone's Bluetooth settings, tap the headphones and turn off “Calls”.
